Rules

• Frugal Rentals sub-leases accommodation from COMMUNITY ARTISTS SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA (Community Artists) and is bound by particulars mentioned in master lease agreement signed between Frugal Rentals and Community Artists.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all tenants of Frugal Rentals agree to abide by particulars mentioned in the master lease agreement.
• Frugal Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation without refund on account of violation of master lease agreement.
• A copy of master lease agreement will be provided upon request.
• All tenants will be asked to sign waiver of liability form.

 

Reservations/Cancellations

• Reservations will only be confirmed upon full payment of refundable deposit, rental amount, applicable charges and signing of waiver of liability form.
• Check in is 3 p.m. Check out is 10 a.m. Early check in or late check out may be possible with prior notice and availability.
• Each tenant will require two forms of government issued identification for check in process.
• To cancel a reservation, please email admin@frugal.ee. Cancellations made up to thirty days prior to arrival will be fully refunded (less incidental cost if any). Cancellations received within fourteen days will be refunded at fifty percent discount (less incidental cost if any) and cancellations seven days or less are non-refundable.
• Frugal Rentals reserves the right to charge $15 administration fee to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
• The number of registered persons occupying per accommodation must not exceed the maximum authorized per accommodation. Frugal Rentals reserves the right to refuse/cancel any reservation without refund, which, in its opinion, is unsuitable.

 

Payments

• All pricing on this website is in USD and includes all applicable taxes.
• Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, Apple Pay or PayPal. Some conditions apply and full details will be given at the time of reservation.
• Be aware that a security deposit is required for all accommodation listed under Frugal Rentals. The security deposit will be collected at the time of reservation and will be refunded in full on the day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case the cost of damages will be deducted.

 

Pets

• Frugal Rentals has a default no pet policy. Allowance of pets may be considered on case basis including applicable rules, a deposit and per day per pet charges. A pet may be considered a person for accommodation count purpose.

 

Liability

• Frugal Rentals will not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of any of the rented accommodation, including plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, and exceptional weather conditions.
• No responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings, vehicle, and its contents of the tenant or any member of the party during their stay at any of the rented accommodation.

 

Complaints

• If the renter considers that he/she has cause for complaint concerning any of the properties rented, the matter should be taken up with Frugal Rentals. In such cases, if Frugal Rentals considers the complaint valid, a partial refund may be offered within a stipulated period. No liability shall arise beyond the refund of the monies paid. Frugal Rentals will not entertain claims lodged by the renter upon departure or after they return home when it is no longer possible to investigate the complaint effectively.
